Kittens Terms of Sales

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. When we sell a kitten, our focus is for a kitten to have the best possible life. The kittens are sold as indoor cats, if case he cat should be outdoor, it should have a special controlled environment for the cats safety, for example a special cat fence,etc.    

My kittens are very much loved and it is a part of my family therefore it is important that we meet in person and discuss our expectations towards the kitten future.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject buyers without further justification of our reasons

Reservations conditions

 

When a kitten buyer has been approved to be able to buy a kitten, a reservation fee of DKK 2,000 is paid. 

The reservation fee is deducted from the purchase price upon delivery of the kitten. A kitten is not considered reserved until the fee is paid.

The fee is the kitten buyer's assurance that we do not sell the kitten to another party and our assurance that the interest and reservation is real. 

​

When registering the payment, we confirm the reservation to the kitten buyer / payer. 

If the kitten buyer changes his mind so that the reservation / purchase is canceled, the reservation fee will not be returned. An exception is if cattery cancel the reservation / purchase.

Purchase contract 

 

The kittens come to their new home when they are between 12 and 14 weeks old. When you bring your kitten home: 
The contract is binding when both parties have signed.
The health check by the veterinarian with accompanying health book / veterinary certificate. 

• Neutralized 

• Vaccinated twice 

• Wormed 

• Chipped and registered in the Danish Cat Register Danish FIFé pedigree

• Dry and wet food from Royal Canine 

The kitten is neutered before moving from the cattery into the new home. The neutering takes place at the buyer's expense but at a reduced price.

All terms in the contract focus on that the kittens buyer gets a cat which is a joy to have in the daily life and to ensure all kittens from our cattery gets the best possible life.

We encourage kitten buyers to read the purchase contract carefully before signing. If there is something you do not understand, but which you want elaborated or something that is unclear, or that you do not agree with, bring it up before you sign.
